Yoga Classes & Workshops at Tosa Yoga Center
Saturday Morning 8:30 am
Specifically designed for moms-to-be at any stage of pregnancy, this class provides safe ways to stretch, strengthen and relax. Participants will experience a variety of strength training and restorative postures that can be used throughout the week to help increase circulation, muscle engagement, and reduce stress as pregnancy progresses. Prenatal students will meet a community of individuals experiencing the same journey. This class ends with meditations created to help ease anxiety and connect with your baby.
Slow Flow Yoga
Thursday Night 7:00 pm
This beginner-friendly class is intended for those who are newer to yoga or for those who prefer a slower and overall, more relaxed, practice.
We incorporate breathing, physical postures (with modifications offered), and some yoga philosophy into each class. Additionally, this class is always pre-natal friendly. No experience necessary!
Parent & Baby Yoga
4th Saturday of the Month Noon
An afternoon workshop filled with community, movement, breath & meditation. This class is perfect for postnatal moms and/or dads with babies under the age of one. We will use our yoga practice to navigate the physical, emotional, and mental changes that take place during our parenthood journey. Share your story, learn tools to help you through the week, and meet other parents on the same path. No Yoga experience necessary!
