After hearing countless yoga students share their struggles with transitioning to parenthood, she decided to become a transition coach focused on the prenatal and postnatal community. Ann's goal is to transform how individuals experience parenthood with content, classes and one-on-one support to fit every need and budget. She teaches almost all of her classes virtually including coaching, meditation, and yoga.
The Whole-Self Approach to Parenthood
Ann believes the best way to change the world is to give parents the tools and support they deserve. This transforms the parent's life experience AND shifts children's experience of what it means to be a parent, supporting the generations to come.
Transformation is built from the inside-out using three critical tools - Coaching, Yoga and Meditation. Click the images to learn more.
